These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the wpkr platform, including all gaming services, sports betting, casino products, account management, bonuses, payment processing, and customer support. By registering an account or using any wpkr service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

wpkr services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is prohibited. wpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and will permanently close any account found to belong to a minor, with all funds therein subject to forfeiture.
Each player is permitted to hold one wpkr account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different contact details, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. wpkr's systems actively detect and flag duplicate registrations, and any duplicate accounts found will be suspended with associated bonus funds voided.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by wpkr are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements applicable to each bonus are stated at the time of offer. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
wpkr processes withdrawals exclusively to the payment method used for deposit, in Pakistani Rupees. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and payment verification checks. wpkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to wpkr's standard processing schedule.
wpkr provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard without requiring a support interaction. Players who activate self-exclusion agree that wpkr will refuse all reinstatement requests made during the exclusion period.
wpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or wpkr's fraud and security policies. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wpkr support.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the wpkr Platform and all its Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. wpkr actively enforces this restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in such an account will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. wpkr's Services are made available to players in Pakistan. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using wpkr's Services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. wpkr makes no representation that the Services are legally available in any particular location and shall bear no liability where a Player accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is restricted or unlawful.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold one wpkr Account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where wpkr detects duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Bonus funds and any associated winnings held in duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. wpkr reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided and to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
2.5 Registration on Behalf of Others. You may not register a wpkr Account on behalf of any other person, nor may you allow any third party to use your Account. Each Account is personal to the registered holder and must not be shared, transferred, or assigned.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. wpkr strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password not used for any other online service and that they do not share their login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify wpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wpkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has failed to notify wpkr promptly upon discovering a breach.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. wpkr may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to submit Verification Documents including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3.4 Account Dormancy. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. wpkr reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule and, where a dormant account balance reaches zero, to close such account. Players will be notified before any inactivity fees are applied.
3.5 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting wpkr customer support. All pending wagering requirements must be satisfied and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. wpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast interbank transfer. wpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. These thresholds are subject to change and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may also apply and are subject to the Player's account verification status.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) the Player's account has been fully verified in accordance with wpkr's KYC requirements; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been satisfied or the Player has forfeited any remaining bonus balance; and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's verified Real Money Balance.
4.4 Processing Times. wpkr aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) — within one (1) business day. These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended where additional verification is required or where processing is affected by circumstances outside wpkr's control.
4.5 Player Funds. wpkr maintains player funds in accounts segregated from wpkr's operational funds. In the event of wpkr's insolvency, player funds held in segregated accounts are protected from claims by wpkr's creditors to the extent provided by the applicable regulatory framework.
4.6 Currency. All wpkr Accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by wpkr. Deposits and withdrawals are processed at face value in PKR with no exchange rate or conversion fee levied by the Operator.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. wpkr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Bonus Balance must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible game contributions, minimum bet restrictions, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms for each promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. wpkr operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; systematic exploitation of bonus terms; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies during active bonus wagering; collusion with other players to exploit a promotion; and any other behaviour that wpkr reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit as stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the applicable expiry date will be removed from the Player's account automatically without prior notice beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
5.5 wpkr's Right to Modify Promotions. wpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn, players who have already claimed the relevant bonus will not be affected by changes made after their claim, except where the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the wpkr Platform operates in accordance with its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real money wagers. wpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All casino games, slot games, and fishing games on the wpkr Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game event is independent of all previous and subsequent events.
6.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events — are governed by wpkr's Sportsbook Rules, which are accessible on the Platform. wpkr reserves the right to void bets, adjust odds, or suspend markets where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, data errors, system errors, or other integrity concerns.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, wpkr reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. wpkr will not honour payouts that result from a technical error, regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error at the time of the wager.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and are subject to change at wpkr's discretion.
7.1 wpkr's Commitment. wpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. The Operator considers responsible gaming an integral part of its operating standards, not merely a regulatory obligation. wpkr maintains a comprehensive suite of player protection tools that are accessible to all registered Players at all times.
7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players via the Account dashboard:
7.3 Age Verification. wpkr employs automated and manual age verification procedures at registration and during the account lifecycle to prevent underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any real money deposits returned.

Where wpkr suspects that any of the above activities have occurred, it reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend all account activity, and conduct a full investigation before making a final determination. Players under investigation will be notified of the investigation subject to any applicable legal restrictions.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the wpkr Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text content, promotional materials, and the overall Platform design — is the exclusive property of wpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. wpkr grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any wpkr content.
9.3 Restrictions. Players must not attempt to copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code of any software forming part of the wpkr Platform, nor create derivative works based on any Platform content without wpkr's prior written consent.
10.1 No Warranty. The wpkr Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wpkr makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wpkr does not warrant that the Platform will meet the Player's individual requirements.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their wpkr Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. wpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the Player's use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
11.1 Privacy Policy. wpkr's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the wpkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 KYC Data. Personal data collected as part of wpkr's Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering obligations will be retained for the periods required by applicable law and regulatory requirements, which may extend beyond the closure of the Player's account.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you consent to receive promotional communications from wpkr via your registered email address and other contact details. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related communications.
12.1 Amendments. wpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
12.2 Termination by wpkr. wpkr may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time where: (a) the Player has materially breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) wpkr is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive; (c) wpkr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) wpkr decides to cease providing Services in Pakistan.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account by wpkr for cause, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be voided. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wpkr holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and wpkr arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform, the Player should first contact wpkr's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wpkr will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 Formal Complaints. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter through wpkr's formal complaints procedure. Details of this procedure are available from wpkr's customer support team. wpkr's decision on all formal complaints will be communicated in writing within fifteen (15) business days of the formal complaint being lodged.
13.4 No Class Actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes between a Player and wpkr must be resolved on an individual basis. Players may not bring or participate in any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against wpkr.
